The beach view balcony allows for plenty of lounging or seating for entertaining. The AC system was replaced in May 2024 and is serviced regularly. The water heater was replaced in 2019. The Association is responsible for the roof which was replaced 5-7 years ago. Being sold fully furnished and stocked, this unit is rent ready and continues to have a steady stream of repeat renters providing solid rental income through most of the year, which leaves plenty of time for personal use as well. To date, 2025 already has over $12, 600 in rents confirmed. Ormond Holiday Club is one of only eight condo complexes in the area who rent weekly which is just one of the reasons renters continue to return year after year. Compared to the other two complexes similar to ours with the “horseshoe” like layout, Ormond Holiday Club has an expansive courtyard which also provides for a wider view of the beach. The State required SIRS inspection has been completed and the Association is finishing up the suggested list of improvements. Seller has paid in full the assessment so no worries.
