Off of the dining room the large patio area overlooks the pool with a game room table and extra sleeping area. The large enclosed under air patio has the possibility to sleep 4 extra adults and leads out to the back pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and outside dining area. The property is a short drive to New Smyrna Beach with 13 miles of white sandy beaches and an additional 21 miles of beach in the beautiful national park. The salt river is 3 mins away which offers great fishing or just spot dolphin & manatees from the shore. This area is surrounded by national parks, Great restaurants , unique shops and special events on historical Flagler Ave & Canal St. With oldie cars lined up down a palm tree coastal small town street every 2nd Sat & a farmer's market. Fun for all ages and centrally located if you're interested in making day trips. Disney and all the parks Universal, Epcot are 45 minutes away. Daytona Beach 500 is 20 minutes away and they have races throughout the year. A large surfing water park is coming soon and if you'd like to see a launch, you can actually see them 3 minutes away from this property at the river. Airports are Daytona Beach 20 mins away, Orlando International 45 mins , Sanford Orlando 40 mins away & Melbourne 1 Hr.
